I started at the age of thirtheen with the hits from the 80’s and the british “gotic” scene. Bands like Sisters of Mercy, Siouxsie & The Banshees, The Cult and The Cure were part of the “playlist” at that time.

Then as a teenager, i permanently frequented Porto clubs Cais 447, Swing, Indústria, where i grew up listening acid, rap and soul artists, like De La Soul, Soul II Soul, Lisa Stansfield, Eric B. & Rakim, Technotronic or Public Enemy.

Later at the club Batô i started listening Pixies, Happy Mondays, Bauhaus, The Smiths, The Waterboys, Prince, R.E.M. or Joy Division, which took me to discover another spectre of alternative music. The Doors, Velvet Underground, David Bowie, Led Zeppelin and Rolling Stones deeply influenced my musical choises as also my perception of the rock’n’roll.

Since early age i was behind the turntables in home parties or recording audio cassettes and VHS tapes with videoclips.

At the finals of the 90´s Electronic Dance Music was found! House Music brought a new sound to the dance club scene, meanwhile Techno emerged me completely into deep, tribal and minimal electronic music.

I could name all the artists that influenced me, but i highlight DJ Harvey, that played in Rock’s – Gaia, DJ Vibe that played several long sessions in Pacha Ofir, and many other DJs that played in so many clubs like Vaticano – Barcelos, Pedra do Couto – Santo Tirso, Lux Frágil – Lisboa and other Portugal places and festivals. Names like Chus & Ceballos, Carl Cox, Nicole Moudaber, Danny Tenaglia, Ricardo Villalobos, Laurent Garnier, Roger Sanchez and Rui Vargas are an inspiration to my style.

My aim is to create an atmosphere that brings good vibes and feelings, either as a DJ House or a DJ Techno, into every single performance i´m involved.

For that, the audience can expect deep house to techno sets, including alternative and “old school” tracks.
